100% Natural High-Quality Mullein and ElderFlower combined, Distilled Water, Ethanol Alcohol, Mineral Salt of Mullein and ElderFlower. Each Bottle is 1 oz / 30 ml.
Recommended dosage: Shake well before each use. Add 6-10 drops (about half to full dropper) to a glass of water or other beverage up to six days per week. This can be taken orally without food or drink as well. Adjust as needed/preferred. The recommended dose is just a baseline and may vary based on your individual needs.
Store in a cool, dry location at room temperature. Elixirs and capsules do not need to be refrigerated. All tinctures and capsules are natural mushroom, plant, or herb ingredients and are generally well tolerated.
